Placing an order with us is very simple. Just select the items that you wish to order and click the 'add to cart' button. At the top right hand side of every page, just above the main menu tab you will see a 'Cart' button. If you have items in your cart, you will see the relative number assigned to that button and by clicking that button, you will be able to go on and make your purchase using paypal or any major credit or debit card.

Shipping of all brand new equipment within the UK's main land is totally FREE. If you are purchasing Ex-Demo or Second-Hand equipment and the postage is not specified, please contact us right away so that we can quote your shipping or organise a collection for you.
Shipping of all items bought will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours
Payments made with us online are made through PayPal's trusted secure payment gateway. WeSUP does not collect any of your card details or indeed any personal details what-so-ever.
WeSUP promises not to share or pass on any of our customer details.
All brand new equipment is subject to standard to the usual 12 month warrenty. Postage returns of faulty equipment will be covered in full by WeSUP by way of re-imbursement. The management will conduct a fair evaluation of the faulty or damaged items before processing a warrenty order and refunding your shipping costs in full where appropriate.
Ex-Demo and Second-Hand equipment is sold as seen and no refunds will be administered.
